Yesterday I was interviewed by Hollywood Reporter.  The article appears here.

Heidi Klum Seeks Permission to Take Kids to Germany for Filming

Attached are Heidi Klum‘s Documents and Seal response.

I Believe Heidi’s Requests are Reasonable
    1. That the Court immediately issue an Order Shortening Time to hear the following request on its earliest available date:
      a. That the minor children be permitted to travel with Petitioner to Germany for work from October 19, 2020 through December 19, 2020, and from January 9, 2021 through February 23, 2021.b. That Respondent be entitled to additional time with the minor children before they depart for Germany, and the duration of their winter break should he so desire.
Seal’s Response

“Heidi’s self-created “exigency” does not satisfy the requirements for ex parte orders and the Court should not make an exception for Heidi because of her celebrity Status.

“I believe Heidi has a hidden agenda to move the children to Germany.”

“Notwithstanding Heidi’s request, if granted, it could in effect move the children away from me and their home herein Los Angeles to Germany for what could be an indefinite period of time given the uncertainty of the impact of Covid-19 on this country’s and Germany’s travel restrictions which could change at any time and prevent the children from leaving Germany or from entering the United States. This is a major decision that will impact the health, safety and welfare of our children. “

Reasonable?

I’ve read both sides’ moving paperwork and I am going to go with reasonable request.  It is always tricky when someone is taking the children out of the country. But the parameters of the request and Heidi’s detailed schedule are limited and I believe reasonable.

We will see what happens.
