If you’re considering divorce, and somehow stumbled on my website, hello!
There is a reason you are here today, and I hope this post will sway you TOWARDS your marriage, not away.
First, I am not a judge. I am an attorney. If at the end of my website, you decide you want to divorce, I don’t condemn you.
But you should know who your divorce attorney is, and I am nothing without my faith.
Marriage and God
God is before all things, and you must allow Him to lead your marriage.
You have heard the statistic that 50% of marriages end in divorce. You don’t need to be a statistic. Many have consulted with me, and thereafter stayed with their marriages.
It makes me happy to see marriages thrive.
He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Colossians 1:17
The Bible commands us to seek God first.
I am merely a divorce lawyer. My job is to know the law and I use this to guide people in divorce. But many people who come see me aren’t yet in the midst of a divorce.
My personal belief is that if you are unsure, you should seek good counseling.
If you are unsure about divorce, don’t do it.
Seek God. Pray.
Marriage Still Takes Three
I once thought marriage took
Just two to make a go
But now I am convinced
It takes the Lord also.
And not one marriage fails
Where Christ is asked to enter
As lovers come together
With Jesus at the center.
But marriage seldom thrives
And homes are incomplete
Till He is welcomed there
To help avoid defeat.
In homes where God is first
It’s obvious to see
Those unions really work,
For marriage still takes three.
