Kelly Chang Rickert (formerly Kelly Yi-Yi Chang) is the founder of the Law Offices of Kelly Chang, A Professional Law Corporation, a firm dedicated exclusively to Adoption and Family Law. She has been certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Family Law Specialist.

Erica is our receptionist. Erica is a current doctoral candidate studying Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about mental health and helping others. She loves to hike and travel, always ready to take on a new experience.

Phebe is our paralegal and legal assistant. She is pursuing a degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology. She is curious about people’s behavior, especially children. This benefits her in a family law setting, where emotions tend to run high.
